This morning’s (April 11, 2018) Conference Call: “Law From its Origins and What We Can Do About It”,

The December 30, 2020 Conference Call Topic:
“Election Fraud Remedies:
Quo Warranto,
Letters to Congressmen & Atts. Gen.,
Court Actions Brought by Voters”

If such actions are done right, none of the elected officials that are currently either standing by or participating in this treason will remain in office.  The remedies referenced in the heading are just the first steps.  They are to be followed up with a clear chain of lawful processes that not only give those officials a warning to do their jobs lawfully or the people will apply the law to have them removed from office.  This is not party politics. This is how our Constitution works.  Still, it cannot work if the people don’t do their part—that means you have to do your part!

You must awaken to your responsibility to take lawful action with all you can do to prevent this tragedy of allowing election fraud to take away your right to vote and elect the elected officials of the peoples’ choice.  It can only happen if you allow it to by doing nothing!

It’s time to take action.  There is much you can do.  Yet, there is also a lot to learn and apply and Team Law is ready to help you.

The December 28, 2020 Conference Call Topic:
“Election 2020 Update; Bitcoin @ $28338.53/coin; Letters 2 Congressmen Needed; FreedomFest 2021 Update”

President Trump has asked the Republican Senators to step up and take their appropriate actions to assure that only lawfully cast ballots in the 2020 Election will be allowed in the ballot count for the Presidential Election.  His request is quite easily understood and proper.  Polls indicate that 97 to 98% of the people of the nation believe there was massive election fraud in the November election; and the evidence is all too clear that they are correct.  For Congress, the courts and the States to allow such fraud removes all reasonableness from anyone from expecting equal protection of the law.  It simply cannot be allowed.

However, that is not all. the people must awaken to their responsibility to take lawful action with writing letters to their Congressmen and by taking legal action to prevent this tragedy from continuing.  It can only happen if you allow it to by doing nothing!

The December 23, 2020 Conference Call Topic:
“Amending Contracts; 13th Amendment Research; DR: Letter to Attorneys General RE: Tex. vs. Penn.”

We reviewed how to make addendum to contracts; then, we briefly reviewed research compiled on the original 13th Article of Amendment to the Constitution (regarding: Titles of Nobility); and, then we did a couple of document reviews regarding instruments that can be used to help secure the 2020 Presidential Election from the election fraud that has made its outcome impossible to trust.

Respectively, Monday we reviewed the original letter to Texas’ Attorney General (regarding the original jurisdiction Supreme Court lawsuit: Texas vs. Penn.); which was designed to inspire him to amend that case.

Respectively, today we reviewed a letter patterned after that letter, but designed to inspire the 17 Attorneys General that joined in an Aicus Curiae (friend of the court) Brief supporting the Texas case.  Thus, the letter this document review refined is intended to be copied by many people, each of whom make 17 copies of this letter and adjust each of the copies so that each of those 17 Attorneys General gets one from each of the people.  Again, the hope is to inspire each of the Attorneys General to take action by either inspiring Texas to amend their Complaint or formulate their own original Supreme Court cases to address the States management of the 2020 Presidential election failed to protect the people right to equal protection of the law due to the rampant election fraud made possible by Dominion voting machines and the like.  Even turning the election over to Congress will not relieve the problem caused by the computer controlled election.  Take a look:

The December 21, 2020 Conference Call Topic:
“FreedomFest 2021 Fund Raiser; DR: Letter 2 Texas Att. Gen. Re: Tex. vs. Penn.”

We reviewed a document for a caller regarding the original jurisdiction Supreme Court lawsuit Texas vs. Penn.; which was denied for cause due to flaws in the relief Texas requested in the case.  The resulting Instrument (letter) needs to spread around for people all over the country to send to the Texas Attorney General.  Respectively, Texas stood up against the election fraud that took place this year; and, their effort cannot stop now.  Their Complaint needs to be amended; and, if enough people send this letter, they might be inspired to do so to secure a proper lawful election.  Some 17 states joined in an Aicus Curiae (friend of the court) Brief supporting the case along with State Senators from the Defendant states filing such briefs also in support of the Texas case.  Nonetheless, because the Supreme Court properly denied the case due to its fatal flaw, the case now needs to be amended to fix the flaw.  Accordingly, we need your help getting this letter spread around and sent to the Texas AG.

The December 18, 2020 Conference Call Topic:
“FreedomFest 2021; Necessary Court Actions Re: Election; Merry Christmas!”

In this call we announced our participation in FreedomFest 2021:

We also addressed the lawsuit Texas filed in the Supreme Court as an original jurisdiction case against the election fraud that took place this year.  Some 19 states joined with Texas in the case; and, State Senators from the Defendant states filed amicus curiae (friend of the court) briefs to support the Plaintiffs case.  Nonetheless, the Supreme Court properly denied the case because it was pled with a fatal flaw.

Though the Plaintiffs’ case was fatally flawed, we reviewed how it needs to be amended and refiled.  We also discussed how the people, and others, should respond to This case and the election fraud that has been so well proved in relation to the Dominion voting machines and the software that controls them.  The 2020 Election was such a sham every American should be motivated to learn, and take, the steps necessary to peacefully use the law to fix this election and make sure such a thing never happens again.

The September 25, 2020 Conference Call Topic:
“SCOTUS Justice Appointment; End Time Revelations; Know Who You Are; This Election: Good Vs. Evil”

There is a current debate going on over whether Pres. Trump can appoint a Supreme Court Justice now that a Justice has passed away.  The Constitution is clear that he is required to.  Though we discuss this on our call, in the following video montage, you will see and hear Democrat leaders that are today lying and saying he cannot; yet, in 2016, they all said the President has to follow the Constitution and so appoint a replacement Justice.

This is typical of the political campaign this year.  When accuracy of reporting is checked, virtually everything coming out of the media and the Democratic party proves to be false or somehow twisted from the truth.  They are fighting to eliminate our Constitutional Republic and doing all they can to cheat their way back into power.  They have been the clear cause behind the effect of the anarchy, riots and unrest taking place in America.  Yesterday we even got a report of people receiving their mail in ballots from the State—however, they were already printed with Biden as the selection for President.  If anyone else receives such a thing, please let us know about it ASAP!  Due to such deceptions, it is turning out that this election is becoming an election of Good vs. Evil; just like the War in Heaven.  President Trump is doing all he can to get us back on our Constitution and the Democrats are becoming the party for dirty tricks, hell bent on destroying our Country.

To deal with such things, as well with learning how to learn the law, you have to first know who you are.  That’s exactly why we (at Team Law) provide our Standard for Review  to help people learn how to discover just that as the foundation necessary to learning or applying virtually anything else related to you.

The September 16, 2020 Conference Call Topic:
“U.S. District Court Rules Against Pennsylvania Governor's Lock-down is Unconstitutional;
Doc. Rev: Harris Ballot Challenge; Cardholder Employment vs Taxation”

The United States District Court ruled against Pennsylvania Governor's lock-down, etc. calling it “unconstitutional.”  This ruling includes incredible information about the governor making the orders though he never went to any of the meetings where the decisions for the shutdown Orders were being made and there were many such meetings.  No notes were taken for any of those meetings and no recordings of the meetings and parties in attendance were kept secret.  So, in effect a secret society of unidentified persons, of unknown qualifications, created orders in private unrecorded meetings, then presented those Orders to the governor who made them Public Orders as if they were law.

“Live Document Review: Harris Ballot Challenge”

The August 28, 2020 Conference Call Topic:
“Funding; Monitoring Education; The McCloskeys; Doc Rev: Harris Ballot Challenge”

As we began this call we reminded everyone how important it is to support Team Law.  Though our Conference Calls are open and we address all questions presented at no cost to our callers, services like ours have significant costs to be able to do what we do.  Thus, our services are only available with your ongoing voluntary support.  Respectively, today, we asked all of our listeners to send in at least $50 to support Team Law.

We addressed the current mode of education being used in the school system and some of the means for securing that your children are not being socially engineered by the mandatory system.

Mark & Patty McCloskey were Democrats, working as attorneys in St. Louis, Missouri, where they lived in an incredible home they had worked on and restored in a private gated community; when a Black Lives Matter mob broke down the gates and came to attack their home.  One of the mob was shouting on a bull horn phrases like: "You can't stop the revolution!"  The McCloskeys came out of their home armed (he had a rifle and she had a handgun that could not fire).  They defended their home and were arrested for felony charges.  None of the mob were arrested and the woman on the bull horn ran for Congress as won the Democratic party's nomination.  The story is too incredible to believe; but, true!  Thankfully, that was enough for the McCloskeys; they switched to the Republican party and were invited to speak and the Republican National Convention (RNC).  Their presentation was great!  True patriots. Again the RNC was incredibly uplifting—an amazing tribute to America and Americans.  If you want our  Constitutional Republic;  to have a chance, we’ve go to make sure that President Trump wins the election—vote!!!

Next we did a document review of a Georgia Ballot Challenge against Kamala Harris, the Democratic party's candidate for Vice President; the challenge is being raised because neither of Kamala Harris' parents were citizens at the time of her birth (we don't know whether they became citizens thereafter; but, it doesn't matter if they did).  The Constitution requires that no person that is not a “natural born Citizen” can be seated as a President of the United States [and that includes Vice Presidents and Presidents Pro Tempore in the Senate].  The law is clear on that matter.  For those that wonder what a “natural born Citizen” is, the laws are quite clear on that matter.  The term is defined by being born to parents where both the mother and the father are citizens.  Respectively, Congress does not possess authority to seat any person as a President of the United States if they do not so qualify.  the opposing pick for a Vice President candidate.  The problem, neither of her parents were U.S. citizens at the time of her birth; thus, as a matter of fact, she is not “a natural born Citizen”; which is constitutionally required for her to be seated as a Vice President (President).  The action is being brought in accord with Georgia law (O.C.G.A. § 21-2-5).  Ballot challenges like this should be brought by the people in every county in any State where Ballot challenges are available.  Respectively, in every State where such ballot challenges are not yet available, the people need to get them on the books now!!! The August 26, 2020 Conference Call Topic:
“RNC; Quo Warranto & Ballot Challenges; O.J. Gubernatorial Election; The Necessity of Learning & Applying Law”

The Republican National Convention (RNC) is going on right now and it's amazingly upbeat and positive.  It wasn't about bashing the opposition; rather, it was a celebration of America, our prospects as a Constitutional Republic; and, the things we’ve accomplished as a people and a nation while President Trump during his term of office.  It was a refreshing break from the downer DNC held a couple of weeks ago.  Respectively, if I were a political party player, this year’s RNC would convince me to supporting their agenda.  This was the first time we’ve seen a Corp U.S. political party look like it is turning away from the Global Elite control in favor of the people and their desire for Freedom and Liberty to build and grow in accord with your own desires.

The question about raising Quo Warranto actions was also raised.  We referred people to the work we helped with back when Barak Øbama was elected.  We also pointed out that because he never qualified for the office [in accord with the Constitution] it was impossible for him to be seated as President (see: Corp. Naturally the next topic was the original jurisdiction election; which we track at the  Reseat America link on our main menu.  We will be updating that page soon for the 2020 election.  In this review we addressed the necessity for each person to do their all to help seat governors in every State; starting with your home State.  Also, we can help with this process on our Conference Calls.

The August 24, 2020 Conference Call Topic:
“Election 2020 Article on Team Law’s Homepage; Call to Action and O.J. Election Support”

Due to updates on our Homepage, the first part of today's call was a review of the Homepage update Election 2020.  One of the primary functions of that addition was to provide people with quick access to enough of President Trump’s Record to help people discover President Trump’s value and our need for his reelection.  We also posted live links to the Norman Dodd Interview and the ShadowGate Documentary.

We then reviewed two inquiries:

  1. Will we raise another Call-to-Action regarding Kamala Harris as a Vice-Presidential candidacy?
    • We acknowledged the propriety of such an action and noted that first, the people should challenge her being placed on the Democratic ballot in States where that is proper—like Georgia, Texas and any other State that allows challenges to ballot entries that do not qualify for the office.
  2. In the face of writing the book and everything else, will Team Law support the Original Jurisdiction (O.J.) Election for Governors this year?
    • To reply, we asked the question: “Whose responsibility is it to make sure an O.J. Governor is elected and seated in each State?”
    • Of course, the resounding answer from each participant on the call should be: “Mine!”
    • With that we acknowledged that, though it is not our responsibility, we have supported the O.J. Election every year since 1995 (when the Internet became available).  Then we discussed how the Reseat America page should be used to discover how every Elector can participate in the O.J. Election to reseat the Governor in each State.  This is an absolutely necessary process.

The August 21, 2020 Conference Call Topic:
“Doc Rev: HOA; Contracts; History of The Global Elite’s Control; Why Vote in the 2020 Election”

This call started off with a Document Review of a Home Owners Association agreement.  To understand such agreements and/or any relationship between parties we always follow our Standard for Review.  We reviewed the nature of contracts in our Open Forum article: Contracts, Trusts and the Corporation Sole.  Our caller accordingly noticed the agreement’s definition of “Owner” required a “fee simple title”; however, because the caller is a Team Law Beneficiary that had followed our Land Patent Sandwich Service, that definition excluded the caller and by its own definition the HOA did not apply.

Due to the importance of land patent secured land, God’s law, and that which follows, landownership was not only a critical part of resolving that HOA, understanding our actual American History, how it got hijacked, how the Global Elite got control and how the people fell prey to the Prevailing Mythology of today, it’s critical that people become aware of who they actually are, our origin from God, His law as a basis for understanding man’s law and learning how to apply it to save ourselves, the nation and even the world.  You have to listen to the call to get the whole story.

Understanding that story (factual history) gives you new understanding of the politics being used to cause the woes of our time and understand how the Prevailing Mythology, it is obvious to everyone willing to look at the effects of social media and the marketing systems that track your Internet experience; respectively, you would have to be a fool if you believe that politicians, etc. with access to the same of similar tools aren't using it to profile and socially engineer you at every available opportunity.  That was the plan of the Global Elite as it was discovered by the Congress in the Fifties.  Thus, it is not surprise that it is being done today; in the United States to manipulate the people.  Accordingly, we again referred to a video to which we initially posted a link to here on Aug. 17, 2020.

However, today (9/18/2020), that video was also blocked by Brighteon.com where it had been posted. The video has been getting blocked from most places where it has been made available because the mainstream media doesn't want people to see it.  We cannot attest to having followed up on researching the well performed documentary; however, the facts we have access to are accurate and the report content seems to ring true even though the so called "fact-checks" from the mainstream media outlets (all of which is controlled by the democrat supporting global elite) say they have fact checked it and found no one willing to comment on the accuracy of the ShadowGate report. Nonetheless, that video is now gone!

Once you watch the whole video, remember this all started with the Global Elite’s plan for their united takeover of our economy with the voluntary participation of the people through their manipulation and control of the State Department, education, etc.  To get a good glimpse into that watch Ed Griffin's interview with Norman Dodd:

Now, concider the 2020 election and notice, this is not a normal election.  The political unrest you see in America today is a direct result of the Prevailing Mythology to which the people (You) have voluntarily fallen prey!

Thus, as you look at this upcoming election, notice it isn't about the whether you like President Trump.  It's about whether the people are willing to allow our nation to die in accord with the Global Elite planned takeover!  Thus, voting for anyone other than President Trump is a vote for the destruction of the United States of America and a vote for President Trump and Republicans in Congress is a vote for our nation to continue and go back to our Constitution.

Since at least1906 the Global Elite have been using their influence to macro-manage our history, government, education system, and your understanding of who you are & who your family is.  They’ve taken over control of the economy and the mindset of the people through preprogramming ignorance into the people with the Prevailing Mythology of today.  This may be our last opportunity to save our country!

The August 19, 2020 Conference Call Topic:
“Be Involved in 2020 Election; Patent Pending–USPS Voting with Blockchain; You Must Learn & Apply the Law!”

With regard to the 2020 Election in November, Again it is imperative that the generally silent majority of people of America awaken to the dire situation we find ourselves.  On the one hand, the majority of the current members of the House of Representatives are Democrats that are allowing themselves to be swayed by “The Swamp” of far left wing Democrats all proposing Socialism, the destruction of our Constitutional Republic, and changes to our economy that will destroy it (for the same reasons the wealthy are moving in mass out of New York); and, they are supporting their candidate for President (Joe Biden) and his running mate (Kamala Harris).  However, Mr. Biden has obvious cognizant difficulties and a questionable track record and Ms. Harris was born to parents that were no citizens of the U.S.; wherefore, she is not a natural born citizen and cannot qualify for the office.  Then on the other hand you have President Trump who not only kept all of his campaign promises, he exceeded them. Further, he took the massive inflation and crashing economy Barak Obama left office with and suing treaties and his understanding of wealth, turned the economy into the strongest market growth the nation has ever seen with zero inflation through his entire term as President.  He also negotiated treaties around the world to secure peace with North Korea (after Obama the were about to start a nuclear war with the U.S.), negotiated treaties with many other nations, resolved the debt with China and helped secure peaceful agreements for recognition and trade with Jordan, Egypt and UAE—which goes a long way to securing peace in the middle east.  Thus, that and President Trump’s many other accomplishments (while in office) have arguably given him the best track record of any President of the United States in history!  And, it was all accomplished while his opposition was using control of the media and every other trick in the books to throw at him.

So, you have to ask yourself, are you willing to stand by and watch the Global Elite with their control of the media and the Democrats that have caused so much destruction and anarchy in America today take over this country or will you stand up and vote for President Trump to retain his office for another four years of prosperity?

Are you willing to allow Ms. Pelosi and the Swamp to retain office and continue to do everything in their power to destroy our Constitutional Republic and its economy or are you willing to stand up an vote for Republicans to replace the Swamp currently controlling Congress?

This election is over just those two questions.  Respectively, when you vote, if you are in a State where they are changing to, or have, a mail in ballot; if you want your vote to be counted, don't put in in the mail—take it to the county's nearest ballot receptacle and in hand place it in the secure ballot box receptacle. Voters around me take them to the county office where the votes are collected to be counted.  That is the only way to secure the votes will be counted in time.  This is a 2020 Election imperative

The USPS (etc.) is working on securing a blockchain technology secured voting system.  They already have a patent pending on the process.  However, it cannot be put in place for this year;s election.  And, if such a thing comes into being, it will have to be securely verified that no one can tamper with control of the outcome of the election.  There are some serious concerns over the, so far, limited process awaiting on a patent.

The August 17, 2020 Conference Call Topic:
“Living Trusts; Pres. Trump; Necessity of Knowing Who You Are & Learning Law”

As this call began we answered some questions regarding Living Trusts (both revocable and irrevocable); the review was focused on what people do to protect assets and control their distribution after they pass away.  Most people get this all wrong and consulting an attorney to resolve such questions without actually knowing what your options are can actually create more problems than it resolves.  Knowing how to follow through is even more important than the actual construct used for that purpose of maintaining control of the distribution.

Next, we again addressed the current situations our nation faces with this election approaching and the necessity of maintaining President Trump in office.  Again, it is also imperative that the House of Representatives majority shifts to Republican in this election.  Quite Frankly, given all of the unlawful antics the Democratic Party has been caught in this year, the DNC should be prosecuted and removed by law.  The people need to learn the facts, the law and the truth instead of relying on media spin.

Again, the only remedy that can save our nation at this point is: the people have to awaken from the deep sleep the Global Elite have macro-managed them into through social engineering; first in the mandatory public education system and now through virtually every electronic device they have through which they communicate with their friends, family and the world.  All, of it is tracked, profiled and then spoon-fed to them through controlled dissemination.

In this call one of the callers references a video (available on the Internet) that well documents and describes the current state of that programming system.  Though it started out with Corp. The August 14, 2020 Conference Call Topic:
“2020 Election Imperative Vote Republican; Probate Summary Judgments & Mandatory Masks Lawsuits”

Before this call our Trustee gave a brief cryptocurrency and gold investment strategy update; which was not recorded.  You have to participate live to get such updates.

You can always learn & know the truth from our actual history and law (from the source) instead of from media spin.  That is exactly why, in this year’s elections, we ask everyone to set aside their foregone opinions and look at the historical factual record.  Only then make up your mind.  When President Trump ran for office, like all candidates, he made promises to the people what he intended to do if he was elected.  However, in my lifetime, not only was President Trump the first one that kept all of his promises, he overachieved each of them.  And, he did it peacefully even though he was constantly under venomous attack from the Democrats.  Initially I was not a big fan of Donald Trump; however, as I watched him lead our country, and the world, and overcome every obstacle raised against him, his record proved his worth.  When you look at his record and compare it to all other presidents of the United States, he rises to the top as one of the, if not the, best President the United States has ever had.  Still, at every opportunity, the Democrats have done everything they can to destroy our Constitutional Republic.  They are trying to crash the economy to cause the U.S. Dollar to lose its position as the Global Reserve Currency—they want it replaced by the IMF SDR.  By the end of Barack Obama's term of office, virtually every economist attested our economy was doomed; inflation was at an all time high and no one expected that President Trump would be able to do anything about it.  However, almost as soon as he got in office the Stock market started climbing, President Trump started applying his understanding and skills with money and negotiating, and he turned it around.  Inflation almost immediately went to 0%. And, the stock market continued to soar.  It was clear that with President Trump’s leadership, the economy actually had hope of recovering.  Yet, that is not all.  When President Trump came into office he began resolving global conflicts.  I remember how close we came to war with North Korea; but, President Trump negotiated a treaty with them.  His latest treaty negotiation resulted in an agreement between Israel and the United Arab Emirates for establishing “full normalization of relations” .  That was a landmark agreement.  Still, though the Democrats continue their vicious attack, President Trump continues to take care of his day-to-day opportunities and responsibilities with care.  He is working hard to restore our Constitutional Republic.  While the Obamas were cost the nation more than any previous President (and family), President Trump hasn't taken his rightful pay for his service; he has paid his own way.

On the other hand, the Democrats (with Nancy Pelosi sitting as the current Speaker of the House) have been working hard to push our nation into socialism.  They ignore their oaths to support and defend our Constitution and the Constitutional Republic it formed and at every opportunity press for anarchy and unrest.

Imagine what it would be like if President Trump had the support of Congress in his hope and work to restore our Constitutional Republic, resolve the economy by decreasing spending lowering taxes and putting government back in the hands of the people,  That is a vision worth our focus and support.  All we need to do to make that happen is increase the number of Republicans in the House of Representatives.  When there are more Republicans than Democrat in the House, Ms. Pelosi loses the seat as Speaker of the House; even if the people of California miss the opportunity to replace her.  I grew up in California, and it was a great place to live then.  With what is going on out there now, you couldn't pay me to go back.  Quite frankly, I can't imagine why people stay there now.  In fact, that is one of the biggest problems California and New York share; their democrat leaders have convinced the wealthiest people to leave.  I read a report from New York indicating their in trouble because such movements have moved over $300 billion in assets out of the State due to unfair taxes.  I turned down a job offer from a fortune 15 company due to their requirement that to take the job I would have to move to N.Y.  If l lived there I would have moved away to get free of their horrible politics.  With the antics of the democrats this year, if I were a Democrat I would have quit the Party and would vote Republican.

Never in my life have I ever before said people should vote for a party in an election rather than for the candidates due to their merits.  However, in this year’s election, it is a moral imperative.  President Trump must be retained in office at all cost!  Further, The color of the House of Representatives must change; Ms. Pelosi has got to go.  Therefore, the people need to send a message, elect Republicans in every available seat in Congress and keep our Constitutional Republic.

Since at least1906 the Global Elite have been using their influence to macro-manage our history, government, education system, and even people in their understanding of who they are and who their family is.  They’ve taken over the national economy and the mindset of the people of the United States to where our Constitutional Republic is hanging on a thread; due to the ignorance of the people and the Prevailing Mythology of cardholders of today.  This may be our last opportunity to save it.

Our next Conference Call topic was Probate Court Summary Judgments.  After which we discussed the lawsuits people are starting to raise against the unlawful mandatory mask wearing orders some governors have instituted.  It should be clear that the actual facts of the CoViD19 cause do not warrant wearing masks.  Virtually every scientific study performed for the last 15 years shows that the masks are ineffective against viruses; in fact, wearing of them actually increases the risk of contagion.  Respectfully, it is time for the people to stand up by applying the law to eliminate this purely political hoax being played on the people by politicians.

The August 12, 2020 Conference Call Topic:
“Driver Licenses, S.S. Cardholders, Voter Registration & a 2020 Voting Imperative!”

In today's call we covered Driver Licenses; and, the fact that such licenses are not issued to people; rather, as a matter of law and fact, they are only issued to social security cardholders.  Respectively, in our world today, voter registrations are only available to such cardholders.  That’s because virtually all of the people have fallen prey to the Prevailing Mythology; which has led them to believe that they are the cardholders; even though the facts and law prove that is impossible.

Thus, with the antics of the democrats since President Trump got into office, if I were a Democrat I would have quit the Party and would vote Republican in this year’s election.

Never in my life have I ever before said people should vote for a party rather than for the merits of the candidates.  However, in the 2020 election, it is a moral imparitive to vote Republican, even if you are from a different party or are unaffiliated.

President Trump must be retained in office at all cost!  IF the democrats take over, our nation will fall to dictatorial socialism and die.

Further, the majority party in the House of Representatives must change; Ms. Pelosi has got to go. 
Therefore, the people need to send a message, this year, vote Republican. 
Elect Republicans in every available seat in Congress to keep and preserve our Constitutional Republic.

The primary problem with our nation today is ignorance.  The people no longer know the law.  They believe they do ; but, they learned it from hearsay and media; not, study.  Still, the people remain the soul source of all authority in law and government; they just don't know how to use it because they were never taught.

Supportive materials: The Federalist Papers, at #14, give the quintessential definition of the difference between a “Republic” and a “Democracy” (see the highlighted text at the link).  Yet, the story doesn’t end there.  That definition merely sets the stage for our Constitutional Republic; which is a republic controlled first by the law of the people found in the Constitution for the United States of America, et seq..  Of course, the officers of our Constitutional Republic are further controlled by law and their oaths of office, which require their honor to act only in accord with that law and limited by the Constitution of the United States of America (see: Patriot Mythology Myth 19).  A review of those constitutions will also show that the government was not granted any power to govern the people; rather, it is only granted authority to govern itself within the terms of said constitutions.  and under the watchful eye and control of the people.  Thus, for the people to do their part, they must know the law and maintain that control.  However, “We the People” have been woeful in that responsibility; and, instead, of acting in our own sovereign natures (see: Yick Wo vs. Hopkins) maintaining that control, Americans today have generally fallen prey to a mythological belief system wherein virtually all of the people believe they are Social Security Cardholders—which is impossible; given that the Corp. U.S. reserve the ownership of the Social Security: name, number and card to themselves and has never released the ownership of such to anyone (see the back of any Social Security card).  Also, read our Corp. August 16, 2019: “Pentagon Launched Spy Balloons + SS Cardholder Nature & The Remedy”
This call started off with a short review of the Pentagon’s notice given to the F.C.C. announcing that they have permanently launched high altitude surveillance balloons in five states: Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Missouri, and Illinois.  These high tech spy balloons “are an amazing engineering feat. They’re solar-powered.  And they rise to the stratosphere, 65,000 feet above the Earth’s surface.  That means we can’t even see them.  From there, they hover and monitor everyone’s activity within their surveillance net.”  Google has plans on launching similar balloons manufactured by the same manufacturer: Raven Aerostar.  Next, a listener asked a question regarding the Social Security Cardholder; accordingly we reviewed the nature of the S.S. June 28, 2019: “Definition of, “Executed”; Traffic Citation Payment; Crypto-Currency Update, CBD Development Review ”
This was a huge call!  First, a caller asked for a clarification of the meaning of “executed” as used in contract law.  The next caller wanted to know what happens if they go to the court and pay a fine for a “Traffic Citation” and the court refuses the tender of payment.  Of course, support for that question requires Team Law Beneficiary Support; and was therefore referred to a private call with our Trustee.  Then, because our Trustee just finished reading Robert Kiyosaki’s new book: “FAKE: Fake Money, Fake Teachers, Fake Assets: How Lies Are Making the Poor and Middle Class Poorer”, we did a book review applying to that review the necessity for understanding the nature of the Social Security Cardholder (which Robert apparently does not yet understand).  Now, though we have referred to that book several times in our last three conference calls, this review gives you a much larger insight to this book.  Having finished the book, our Trustee said: “Next to the scriptures this is one of the most important, must read, books of our time!  Tying that review to current events and our ongoing trainings regarding success and wealth development, we reviewed the current Crypto-Currency market and the emerging new market for CBD (Cannibidiol).

We reviewed the current media reports of the battle between President Trump and Congress over building the wall between the United States of America and Mexico.  We also discussed the current events that are propelling Crypto-currency market prices to go up.  And, finally, we discussed the necessity of learning the law; starting with a foundation in God’s law, building upon that by learning and applying man’s law and securing your path by: getting the Way of Kings™ Foundational Instruments, securing the S.S.
