Where do I start?
In order to start you first have to know who you are, where you are and where you want to go. Imagine a ship surrounded by dense fog sitting in the midst of an ocean, with no rudder, no engine or sail and no point of reference from which a bearing can be taken. Where is it from? Where is it going? How will it progress? We have insufficient information to answer any of those questions. Thus, to have a destination, you first have to find a way to answer those questions. Having a desire to learn the law places us in similar circumstances. Before we can plot a course for learning the law, we must first know who and where we are; then we need to determine our desired destination.
We developed the Standard for Review to resolve and understand any relationship. Thus, to learn how to learn you have to first discover who you are. Respectively, the first step of the “Standard for Review” takes us back to the Creation story at: Genesis 1:26–29. Once you’ve discovered who you are, it will become important to secure/anchor who you are. The best way to do that is use The Way of Kings™ “Foundational Instruments”.
The Second Step is to notice the interfaces through which you interrelate with others. For example: given that most people use a Social Security number make most of their transactions, it will be important to learn the true nature of that relationship and secure it. The process for so securing that relationship is a Team Law Beneficiary service; so to take that step you will need to become a Team Law Beneficiary
Discovering the truth about many relationships requires personal firsthand study of history, law, circumstances and possibly contracts; therefore, before you begin, you will want to make sure that you prepare your inner game (your mindset/attitude). Respectively, we highly recommend that you read: The Slight Edge, by Jeff Olson. We recommend that book because it is likely to give you a head start on learning how to succeed at acquiring the knowledge you desire; and, use that knowledge to enhance what you do with it. We also suggest that you join our “Success Network”; it’s free; yet, it has the potential to get you going with a head start in almost any endeavor you may pursue.
We don’t know your situation, your skill level or where you want to go from here; so, beyond recommend that you read: The Slight Edge, we cannot tell you how to start. What we can tell you is when our Trustee found himself in the middle of a legal battle (the first time) surrounded with a significant attack from what he thought was our government, he discovered how foolishly ignorant and ill prepared he was. In such a situation, the First Rule of Success is, “Find and model excellence” (see our Rules for Success). Therefore, he contacted people with a track record of success in court and asked them how to proceed. They said, “The first thing you should do is get a copy of the most current accepted Law Dictionary available” (at that time, Black's Law Dictionary, Sixth Edition today it’s Black's Law Dictionary, Ninth Edition). Some people say to get the oldest Dictionary, but modeling excellence says that you have to understand the terms of the Art of Law in their current common usage. His models said, ”Start by looking up every word and phrase in any legal document that was used to instigate the proceeding, then follow through until you have so studied the meaning of every document related to the case. When we say ‘look up every word and phrase’ we mean just that—including: ‘and’, ‘the’, ‘then’, ‘shall’ and every other word. Even if you think you already understand the meaning of the words in common usage, look them up in the law dictionary because you may be surprised at the differences in the meaning in law.” They further instructed not to just look up the words but to follow any links I found in the definitions. For example, if you look up “Certificate of Title”, in Black’s 6th, you will find an almost circular definition that gives you no real information, but it says, “see Title Insurance”. So we lookup Title Insurance and find the section on “Certificates of Title” and we discover that by definition a “Certificate of Title” is “Title Insurance”. Anyway, this was a good start for our Trustee.
Team Law is an excellent source for material because we do our homework, still we caution you that you should never simply believe us or anyone else simply because something you hear sounds good. The Second Rule of success is, “Be sure you’re right and then take Action’. Proper preparation insures your actions are right the first time and eliminates the need to redo work. Repetition is only the mother of skill when you repeatedly do it right. To be sure you are right it is always wise to confirm all information from at least two or three competent sources before acting upon it. The Third Rule of success is, “DOn’t quIT”. Never wait for someone else to pave your way, if you need something done, do it. Prepare your way, be sure you are right, then do it and endure through the end.
One of our nation’s biggest problems today is that too many people see that there is something that needs to be done but they won’t do anything to discover what it is and if they do discover the truth they wait for someone else to pave the way to the solution to the problem. We need to develop a society of people that understand how to get to the truth and how to lawfully maintain our rights and property without limiting others from the same. Where do we start? We start at the beginning. For most people, that may be by discovering our true history, for others that will be studying to learn how to survive or prevent a legal attack against them, for still others that will be general studies and support. Whatever your situation is, we welcome you to the beginning of your relationship with Team Law and we hope to have a long and beneficial relationship that results in our winning our nation back. One thing we are certain of is that our moral character will have far more effect on our results than the individual studies we accomplish. Time will prove that our honor in living the principles taught in our foundational Law (Torah and the Bible) will win the day. If we are not living such honorable lives then the place to start will be to repent by aligning our lives with that foundation and then begin spreading the word to develop a society honorably based on that foundation. We welcome you to the journey.

When people call us for document reviews we always tell them to use a recording device and record the call so we do not have to repeat ourselves. Such recordings are always copyrighted by Team Law and are made and allowed for that person’s benefit only. By recording the call they can focus their attention to listening to, and participating in, the call because they know the recording will allow them to repeatedly review and take notes later. If you do not have a specific case you are working on then a good place to start can be studying law and its terms or art from the basis of the time when the legislation was generated. In such a study, having a law dictionary from the period is far very helpful to understanding the “legislative intent” behind the law. In the case of our national Constitution the proper Dictionary is Bouvier's Law Dictionary, which Congress ruled "the Dictionary of the Constitution".
Bouvier's is the first American law dictionary. The only dictionary to use to properly interpret the Constitution. “Adapted to the Constitution and Laws of the United States of America, and of the Several States of the American Union; with References to the Civil and Other Systems of Foreign Law.” [First edition]. John Bouvier. Two volumes. 559; 628 pp., 1839. Reprinted 1993.

Tailspin: The People and Forces Behind America's Fifty-Year Fall--and Those Fighting to Reverse It, by: Steven Brill. The author’s Time magazine headline: “Tailspin: How My Generation Broke America” from: May 17, 2018, inspired Robert Kiyosaki. to rewrite his about to be published book: FAKE. Tailspin is revelatory narrative covering the years 1967 to 2017, wherein Brill gives you a stunningly cogent picture of the broken system at the heart of our society. He shows how, over the last half century, America’s core values—meritocracy, innovation, due process, free speech and democracy have been used to power its decline. The best and brightest have secured their positions at the top making themselves elite. About this book Robert Kiyosaki wrote: “(They) focused on making themselves rich, rather than creating new businesses, new products, more jobs and rebuilding the U.S. economy. … (They) created fake assets that made themselves and their friends rich and ripped off everyone else.” Steven Brill is a writer for The New Yorker, Time, The New York Times Magazine, Esquire, New York, and Fortune. He founded and ran Court TV, The American Lawyer magazine, ten regional legal newspapers, and Brill's Content magazine. Brill was the author of Time's March 4, 2013, special report “Bitter Pill: Why Medical Bills Are Killing Us,” for which he won the 2014 National Magazine Award for Public Interest, and the 2015 bestseller America's Bitter Pill. He’s regularly appeared as an expert analyst on NBC, CBS, and CNN. He teaches journalism at Yale, where he founded the Yale Journalism Initiative to enable talented young people to become journalists. In 2018, he co-founded NewsGuard, which rates the legitimacy of online news sites. This is a favorite book highly recommended by Robert Kiyosaki.
The Coddling of the American Mind: How Good Intentions and Bad Ideas Are Setting Up a Generation for Failure, by: Greg Lukianoff and Jonathan Haidt. A New York Times bestseller! Something has been going wrong on many college campuses in the last few years. Speakers are shouted down. Students and professors say they are walking on eggshells and are afraid to speak honestly. Rates of anxiety, depression, and suicide are rising—on campus as well as nationally. How did this happen? This is a book for anyone who is confused by what is happening on college campuses today, or has children, or is concerned about the growing inability of Americans to live, work, and cooperate across party lines.

Adventurers Wanted, Book 5: The Axe of Sundering by: M. L. Forman. Whalen Vankin is the world’s greatest wizard, and he has only ever personally trained two other wizards. Dark magic has covered Westland, and evil is stirring. Whalen and Alex must journey together into the heart of danger, confronting a sea serpent, battling their way through a goblin army, and facing down more than one dragon. Alex must find the legendary Axe of Sundering the one weapon that offers a chance to defeat Jabez and protect the land from the dark wizards plans. But finding it will be an adventure of its own as the only pathway to the Axe leads through the underground tunnels and secret passages of Castle Conmar. Sadly, this is the final book in this series.

Homeschooling
Our opinion regarding homeschooling follows almost identically to Dr. Art Robinson, the founder of Robinson Curriculum. Respectively, we have provided a link to his video introduction to his program.
Books, Etc. to Aid in Homeschooling:
Teach Your Child to Read in 100 Easy Lessons by: Siegfried Engelmann
A child's first Abacus, by: Melissa & Doug, a children's play-toy, for early development of basic math skills. After playing with this toy to learn basic numbers and simple math, replace it with the Abacus tool listed next [replace means remove it so it does not become a limiting crutch. This toy is for young children (up through 3 yrs, old)].
An Abacus, an ancient tool for counting and mathematical calculation. This tool is an excellent way for all people (children through adults) to learn how to quickly think in mathematical terms. It trains the users mind to master math.
Saxon Math 4/5, Homeschool Set/Box 3rd Edition. Once your child learns to read and learns basic math with the Abacus tool [which can easily be done during the same period in their early youth], they can learn math from this set. This should not require your hands on support to get the study done. simply use the information found on the Robinson Curriculum website to help you learn how to make learning math at least every weekday on their own, with no assistance from you other than (if needed, pointing where in the book the method for finding the solutions on their own can be accomplished. That experience may take a short while for your child to learn, but soon their experience with learning how to solve their own problems will automatically help them become self-reliant, in virtually every aspect of life.
Homeschooling does not mean the parents try to mimic what the public education system does. In fact, that is the exact opposite of what you should be wanting to do. Home schooling done right will develop in your children their natural thirst for knowledge which they soon learn is completely in their own control and responsibility. Again, when my children have been match up to any of their publicly educated friends and mine outperform them. Their publicly educated friends come to my children with their questions to learn the right way to get answers.
